RolesandResponsibilities:1.Sizetheavailabilityofmaterialsandproductioncapacitysoastodevelopanaggressivebutachievablescheduletomeetcustomer’srequirement;2.Developcapabilitiesbyacceptingandresolvinganyextraprojects;3.Driveproduction’sEOLprocedureinatimelyfashioninordertominimizematerialsexposure;4.MaintaintheaccuracyofBillofMaterialsinthesystem.GeneralRequirements:5.AssociatesDegree,orDiplomawithatleast3yrexperienceinproductionplanning,customerserviceorprojectmanagement;6.BefamiliarwithSAP/ERP/MRPsystemandgoodcommandofverbalandwrittenEnglish.7.Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationandanalyticalskills.Attentiontodetailandabilitytoworkwellwithteams;需求計劃員1.同客戶進行關(guān)于訂單、預測和交付承諾等溝通。處理客戶交貨相關(guān)事宜。2.結(jié)合相關(guān)客戶需求制定出貨計劃。3.將需求計劃定期提交審批并更新到系統(tǒng)中。4.跟蹤并安排每日的出貨。5.關(guān)注并嚴格執(zhí)行計劃部相關(guān)指標，針對出現(xiàn)的異常及時提供并需求解決。6.完成領(lǐng)導分配的其它任務(wù)。能力(技能/知識要求)1.對SAP流程以及計劃/采購等相關(guān)流程熟悉。2.精通Office應(yīng)用軟件，特別是Excel3.熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)環(huán)境。4.有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。5.英語口語流利。
