蘇州華林科納半導體設備技術有限公司由中國科學院蘇州納米技術與納米仿生研究所與北京華林偉業(yè)合資成立。公司于2008年3月成立，總投資4500萬元。主要從事半導體設備、太陽能光伏設備、液晶濕制程設備、真空設備等的研發(fā)、技術推廣和生產銷售。
公司以中科院納米所的研究平臺和技術團隊為技術依托，整合華林偉業(yè)在相關行業(yè)多年的設備制造經驗，研發(fā)生產中高端半導體設備。公司以品質為根本，以創(chuàng)新為突破點，走設備研發(fā)和工藝研究相結合的道路，使設備能夠滿足和引領最新的工藝。公司的研發(fā)團隊由張寶順博士、王敏瑞博士、張永紅博士等十多名在半導體、太陽能光伏及液晶行業(yè)有多年設備和工藝經驗的專業(yè)人士組成。
Suzhou CSE Semiconductor Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise invested by CAS Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics and Beijing HL Co., which was set up in Mar.2008 and its registered capital is 45 million Yuan. The company’s main business is developing, technology extending, producing and selling products including semiconductor equipments, solar photovoltaic equipments, LCD cleaning facilities, vacuum equipments and etc.
