崗位職責(zé)：

This position is responsible for the high risk bidding of new projects, coordination, organization and management of ongoing project, design schedule and quality control, examination on DWG、procedure and MTO, technical support, engineer change control, research, etc.
2、負(fù)責(zé)重要項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)，包括技術(shù)澄清、詢價(jià)料單、人力和軟件的投入、工作界面及采辦界面劃分、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)的識(shí)別、施工工作量等。
Responsible for high risk project bidding, including technical clarification、inquiry MTO compiling、human resource and software estimation、workface and MRM division、technical risks identification、workload MTO compling, etc.
3、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目本專業(yè)加設(shè)計(jì)劃、人力需求計(jì)劃、重要項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案等文件的編制和人員調(diào)配工作。
Responsible for compling piping shop design plan、high risk project construction plan and personnel arrangement.
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織本專業(yè)重要技術(shù)、施工工藝等的討論及決策。
Coordinating and responsible for discussion and approval on piping high risk technologies and construction procedures.
5、負(fù)責(zé)同詳設(shè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底和澄清。
Responsible for technical clarification with detail design engineer.
6、負(fù)責(zé)與施工方的技術(shù)交底及澄清。
Responsible for technical clarification with sub-contractor.
7、負(fù)責(zé)重要分包合同的編制和分包工作量的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作。
Responsible for high risk sub contract and workload compling.
8、負(fù)責(zé)重要項(xiàng)目程序的校對(duì)、審核工作。
Responsible for examination and approval of high risk project procedures.
9、統(tǒng)籌負(fù)責(zé)重要材料的采辦、評(píng)標(biāo)、各方溝通和技術(shù)澄清工作。
Coordination and responsible for high risk materials procurement、technical evaluation、communication and technical clarification.
10、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)重要圖紙、方案、料單等技術(shù)文件的審核。
Responsible for approval of high risk technical documents such as DWG、procedures and MTO, etc.
11、統(tǒng)籌組織實(shí)施重要項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)工作，控制本專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度。

12、實(shí)時(shí)掌握本專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)動(dòng)態(tài)、協(xié)調(diào)解決設(shè)計(jì)中發(fā)生的重要問(wèn)題。
Master piping shop design in full time and coordinate high risk queries in designing.
13、負(fù)責(zé)解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工過(guò)程中的重要技術(shù)問(wèn)題。
Responsible for solving high risk technical queries in construction.
14、負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工工作量、分包商變更工作量的確認(rèn)。
Responsible for confirmation of construction workload and engineering change of sub-contractor.
15、統(tǒng)籌管理本專業(yè)的重要項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)變更，處理反變更相關(guān)事宜并及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)。

16、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目中同詳設(shè)、業(yè)主、項(xiàng)目組、施工方等各方的溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作。

17、完成本專業(yè)完工資料的整理和匯編。

1、大學(xué)本科

2、油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)、化工工程與工藝及相關(guān)專業(yè)

3、熟練掌握配管專業(yè)的知識(shí), 熟悉配管設(shè)計(jì)流程，具有PDMS或SP3D建模經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備豐富的配管材料采辦經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉配管相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范。
Familiar with piping principles, piping design process，modeling experience of PDMS or SP3D，procurement experience of piping material and piping standards and codes
