投標(biāo)階段：
1. 編寫(xiě)整條生產(chǎn)線電氣設(shè)備的供貨范圍，包括輔助設(shè)備及整合與生產(chǎn)線相關(guān)的各種公輔設(shè)備。定義范圍將包括：高壓/中壓電力供應(yīng)、高壓/低壓電力變壓器、低壓配電、馬達(dá)控制中心、電動(dòng)機(jī)及傳動(dòng)，生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化及驅(qū)動(dòng)規(guī)則、與各分包商之間的界面等。
2. 計(jì)算公司提供設(shè)備所需的電機(jī)機(jī)械動(dòng)力和/或轉(zhuǎn)矩，檢查/校正各分包商提供的運(yùn)輸電機(jī)。
3. 準(zhǔn)備“電機(jī)清單”（包括給分包商的進(jìn)線清單，用于設(shè)備和自動(dòng)控制的電機(jī)清單、儀表清單）。
4. 編寫(xiě)向分包商詢(xún)價(jià)的電氣部分的技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)（基本數(shù)據(jù)、總體功能、工作范圍）。
5. 向各電氣制造商進(jìn)行詢(xún)價(jià)。
6. 擬定或校訂主供應(yīng)商及各分包商的電氣、自動(dòng)化和儀器的技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)。
7. 比較各主電氣供應(yīng)商的報(bào)價(jià)及供貨范圍 。
項(xiàng)目階段（訂貨階段）： 
1. 校訂最終的電機(jī)清單。
2. 主電氣供應(yīng)商最終的電氣&自動(dòng)化的供貨/工作范圍的校訂, 也包括各分包商之間的電氣供貨范圍及電氣/自動(dòng)化界面。 
3. 引導(dǎo)、校訂和控制生產(chǎn)線電氣控制的總體布局。
4. 單線圖。
5. 物理位置。
6. 電氣室及主控制臺(tái)所需空間。
7. 機(jī)旁控制臺(tái)或控制板的位置。
8. 接線盒的位置。
9. 事故停車(chē)盤(pán)或箱的位置。
10. 電纜隧道、電纜溝、電纜管道的實(shí)際位置，及檢查電氣供應(yīng)商所作的布局安排。
11. 檢查與液壓或氣動(dòng)管道的最終干擾情況。
12. 協(xié)調(diào)各電氣和自動(dòng)化分包供應(yīng)商之間的關(guān)系。
13. 檢查各分包供應(yīng)商提供的電氣和自動(dòng)化設(shè)備。
14. 編制功能描述（根據(jù)已有文件）。
15. 確定最終的生產(chǎn)線各部分的各個(gè)牽引部分的清單。
16. 引導(dǎo)各個(gè)分供應(yīng)商的工作（電氣項(xiàng)目管理）。
17. 幫助解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)的任何問(wèn)題。

崗位要求：
1. 電氣方面的全能型人才及具有技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)能力。
2. 具有中壓和低壓電器經(jīng)驗(yàn)，及電機(jī)、傳動(dòng)和自動(dòng)化方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括工業(yè)用邏輯控制程序。 
3. 參加過(guò)電氣設(shè)備投標(biāo)或具有電氣項(xiàng)目技術(shù)會(huì)議的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

High Level Electrical Engineer (1 vacancy)
Job description：
Tendering stage：
1. Prepare the Scope of Supplies of the complete line equipment including auxiliaries and integrating the various line directly related utilities. The scope definition will include: HV/MV electrical power supply, HV/LV Power transformers, LV power distribution, Motor Control Centres, Electrical Motors and drives, Line Automation and traction regulation, interfacing with various sub-vendors, etc.
2. Calculation of required Motor Mechanical Power and/or torque of equipment supplied by CMI and checking/correction of line transport motors of various sub-vendors.
3. Prepare the “motor list” (including list of feeders for sub-vendors, list of motors, list of instruments for CMI equipment and automation exchanges).
4. Prepare the electrical portion of technical specification (basic data, general functions, scope of work) of enquiries to various sub-vendors.
5. Issue enquiries to various electrical makers.
6. Prepare or revise the technical specification for electrical, automation and instrumentation of Main electrical supplier and of the various sub-vendors.
7. Compare the prices and scopes of various main electrical suppliers quotations.
Project stage (order stage) ：
1. Revise the final motor list.
2. Revise of final scope of supply/works of electrical & automation of main electrical supplies including electrical scope and electrical / automation interface of each sub-vendor.
3. Pilot, revise and control the electrical control general arrangement of the line.
4. Single line diagrams. 
5. Physical location. 
6. Space needed for Electrical rooms and main control pulpits. 
7. Location of local control pulpits or panels. 
8. Location of junction boxes. 
9. Location of emergency stops panels or boxes. 
10. Physical location of cable tunnels, cable trenches and cable pipes and checking of the arrangements made by Electrical supplier. 
11. Checking for eventual interferences with hydraulic or pneumatic pipings.
12. Co-ordination between the various sub-suppliers electrical and automation.
13. Inspection of the various sub-vendors equipment electrical and automation portion.
14. Make the functional description (based on already existing documents).
15. Finalise the list of the various tractions in the various line section.
16. Pilot the sub-vendors work (project management of electrical).
17. Help solve the electrical problems on site if any.



Position requirement：
1. The work is more for a generalist and technical co-ordinator.
2. Priority is given to people having a minimum experience for electrical MV & LV, motors and drives and automation including PLC's. 
3. Experience in participating to tender or project meetings for electrical portion is a definite asset.
4. Experience of work on similar functions for steel contractors or for a Steel Design and Research Institute is a definite plus.
5. Able to write and speak English fluently.
6. Able to travel extensively at home and abroad.
