Position Title:
Validation & Release Engineer or Senior Validation & Release Engineer
(Reporting to Manager of Product Development China)

Responsibilities:
1， Validate and release all turbocharger components and assemblies according to BWTS standard procedure
2， Perform and manage DVP&R for all turbocharger and component release Responsible for all document and hardware release
3， Design and manage standard validation tests for turbocharger components and assemblies
4， Design and manage all application-specific validation tests for turbocharger components and assemblies
5， Support all customer-performed validation tests

Education & Experience Requirement：
* Validation & Release Engineer – Bachelor's degree in engineering with over 5 years of product development experience or Master's degree in engineer with over 3 years of product development experience

*Sr. Validation & Release Engineer – Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8 years of product development experience or Master's degree in engineer with over 5 years of product development experience

Required Skills (Essential)
1, Solid product development experience in IC engine or turbocharger related industry
2, Extended experience in DVP&R in product development cycle
Experience in FEA (thermal and structural) and FMEA
3, Solid background in mechanical engineering and material science
4, Strong project management skills
5, Strong communication skills (including presentation skills)
6, Familiar with engineering design, math modeling, and drawing releases
7, Familiar with CAD tools (such as ProE, UG, Catia)
8, Familiar with manufacturing methods and technology
9, Good communication skill in English (written and spoken)

Desired Skills (Nice to have)
1, Familiar with IC engine & Turbocharging theory
2, Background in thermodynamics, aerodynamics, and CFD
3, Knowledge in laboratory testing (instrumentation, data acquisition, processing, etc.)
4, Other foreign languages (German)
