Job Description :
 The candidates will be working closely with the sales manager to establish and maintain the constructive relationship with customers.
 Take the leadership to the customer focus team. Lead the team to provide the full range of service to the key customers including the supply chain, technical support, quality support and other business oriented activities.
 Come out the strategy to run the customer focus team. Define the role of the team members.
 Take the ownership of customer complaint. Provide the timely solution through CFT.
 Act as the interface of the customer special requirement such as ECO/ECN, or new design requirement and lead the CFT for the realization.
 To find the new opportunities to strengthen the business by benchmarking and visiting customers.
 Daily CFT meeting and the monthly business review with the top management team.
 Set up the database for the key customers.

REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or business.
 6 years of work experience, of which 3 years in the field of leadership of quality, logistics, product or business.
 The candidate with solar tech experience is preferred.
 Fluent English both in oral and writing is a must..
 The candidate with the multi-national corporation experience will be preferred.
