Requirement：
- College degree. 大專以上學歷
- Majored in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 機械、電子或制造工程專業(yè)。
- CET 4 or above, fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) CET4. 或者更高，聽說讀寫熟練。
- Strong engineering discipline and problem solving skills. 良好的工程工作理念和問題解決能力。
- 3 years working experience in Automotive Industrial. 三年汽車制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
- APQP，PPAP and TS16949 experience. 有APQP，PPAP and TS16949. 經(jīng)驗。
- LEAN manufacturing implementation experience. 有精益生產(chǎn)實施經(jīng)驗。
- Good communication, organization & time management skills. 良好的溝通，組織和時間管理技巧。

Desired Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sensor and switch design experience; 至少3年汽車傳感器和開關設計經(jīng)驗；
- Knowledge and relevant experience on non-contact speed sensor technology preferred; 有非接觸式速度傳感器技術知識及相關經(jīng)驗；
- Knowledge of Six Sigma; 具備6個西格瑪知識；

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with home divisions to design new products per customer specifications, communicate with customer for new design proposal if required. 協(xié)同總部工程師根據(jù)客戶規(guī)范設計新產(chǎn)品；如有必要，將主導和客戶溝通新的設計建議。
- Generate and maintain engineering product specifications, product and component drawings. 制定并維護產(chǎn)品工程規(guī)范，產(chǎn)品和零件的圖紙。
- Coordinate with other departments to build prototypes. 協(xié)調(diào)其他部門制造生產(chǎn)樣件。
- Coordinate validation for new design. 協(xié)調(diào)新設計的驗證實驗。
- Generate and maintain bill of material. 制定并維護相關產(chǎn)品的物料清單。
- Assist product cost analysis. 協(xié)助產(chǎn)品的成本分析。
- Manage ECN process in Stoneridge Suzhou. 管理公司的工程變更過程。
- Provide product knowledge support for quality, manufacturing, etc. 對相關質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)等問題提供產(chǎn)品技術支持。
- Work with purchasing group to qualify new component vendors, develop technique agreement for sourced and manufactured products. 與采購部合作，對新供應商進行質(zhì)量認證；為確定的產(chǎn)品制定技術評審。
- Implement cost reduction measures to reduce costs while ensuring product quality. 在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的前提下降低成本并實施測量。
