Trouble Free Production 確保無故障生產(chǎn)
Coordinates assembly with others departments namely Logistic, Quality, in terms of trouble free production/assembly與物流部，質(zhì)量部合作，確保無故障生產(chǎn)
Be responsible for a trouble-free production flow and product quality based around 0ppm 100% delivery performance to customer負(fù)責(zé)無故障的生產(chǎn)流程和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
High Quality Control 控制高品質(zhì)
Ensures high quality standard of products in accordance with customer expectation/requirement確保符合客戶要求和期望的高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品
Production Process Improvement 生產(chǎn)流程改善
Provides analyze and revises production process in order to optimize capacity utilization分析并更新生產(chǎn)流程以優(yōu)化產(chǎn)能利用率
Cooperates with CSC manufacturing department in order to ensure continuous improvement and set up best practice與CSC生產(chǎn)部門合作以確保持續(xù)發(fā)展和制定最佳實踐
Enhance Cost Efficiency 提高成本效率
Provides regular cost evaluation in order to enhance efficiency提供定期的成本評估以增加效率
New Projects Launch 新項目啟動
Ensures launches of new projects, be responsible for proper ramp up 確保新項目的啟動，負(fù)責(zé)可能的產(chǎn)能提升
Competency Requirements (能力要求)
· Bacheor’s Degree or above, major in engineering is preferred.本科或更高學(xué)歷，工程專業(yè)尤佳。
· 2-5 years work experience, in manufacturing field (at least four years must be in automotive environment). 在制造領(lǐng)域有2-5年的工作經(jīng)驗（必須在汽車領(lǐng)域有至少4年的經(jīng)驗）
· Automotive experience in a Just In Time (JIT) environment highly desired.在汽車內(nèi)飾按需準(zhǔn)時生產(chǎn)（JIT）方面的經(jīng)驗尤佳
· International exposure a plus需要國際環(huán)境中的工作經(jīng)驗
· Process Engineering工藝工程
· Customer communication客戶溝通
· Leadership skill領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技能
