職位描述Job description:
1、完成銷售業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)；
Ensure sales targets are met
2、控制銷售成本支出；
Ensure spending does not exceed budget
3、為公司客戶和經(jīng)銷商提供焊接銷售支持和技術(shù)咨詢，協(xié)助區(qū)域經(jīng)理進(jìn)行存貨預(yù)測(cè)；
Provide sales support and welding technical advice to company’s existing and future customers and distributors，Assist area manager with stock forecast
4、根據(jù)行業(yè)和市場(chǎng)制定銷售計(jì)劃，每月預(yù)測(cè)銷售情況；
Development sales plans to ensure all market sectors are targeted ，F(xiàn)orecast sales value on a monthly basis
5、收集市場(chǎng)信息并做恰當(dāng)?shù)那罍贤ǎ?br/>Gather market intelligence and ensure it is communicated to the correct channel
6、協(xié)助應(yīng)收賬款；
Assist accounts department on timely debt collections
7、按時(shí)提交銷售及市場(chǎng)分析報(bào)告；
Ensure sales& marketing reports are submitted in time
8、培養(yǎng)銷售員焊接專業(yè)技能，提高銷售員售后服務(wù)能力。
Train salesman in welding knowledge to promotion sales ability

任職資格Requirement：
1、3年以上焊材和焊接設(shè)備銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
More than 3 years working experience as welding consumable and equipment sales
2、2年以上帶團(tuán)隊(duì)及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Prefer to have 2+ years sales management experience
3、較強(qiáng)的銷售和業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)能力；
Strong sales and business developing skill
4、較強(qiáng)的溝通和表達(dá)能力；
Strong communication and presentation skill
5、自我激勵(lì)，能在壓力下工作；
Self-motivated to work hard and can work under pressure
6、具有獨(dú)立工作能力，能與客戶進(jìn)行有效協(xié)商并簡(jiǎn)歷良好關(guān)系；
Independent business breakthrough capacity, have the negotiation skill and keep good relationship with customer
7、能夠適應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期國(guó)內(nèi)范圍出差工作；市場(chǎng)敏感度高，擁有鍥而不舍的工作精神。
