崗位職責:
1、協(xié)助制訂營銷規(guī)劃及年度銷售預算計劃,依據(jù)部門的整體銷售目標,提交銷售計劃方案,實施并監(jiān)督計劃的全過程,確保目標的總體達成;
2、全面負責組件業(yè)務的海外市場開拓,業(yè)務洽談及合同簽訂;
3、依據(jù)銷售戰(zhàn)略開發(fā)新客戶并維護現(xiàn)有客戶,組織擬訂銷售各項管理體系及制度監(jiān)督落實;
4、負責銷售談判及重要客戶的拜訪與溝通;
5、負責市場趨勢分析,對公司的整體市場發(fā)展提出建設性建議,協(xié)助公司制定長期市場目標;
6、建設并管理營銷團隊,使整個團隊具備相關的業(yè)務知識,以滿足公司的長遠發(fā)展。
7、調配部門資源,控制團隊費用開支。
8、協(xié)調內外部關系,管理有業(yè)務往來的外部合作伙伴。
二、職位要求
1、本科及以上學歷,3年以上海外銷售工作經(jīng)驗;
2、熟悉東南亞、南美、澳洲、非洲等其中一個海外市場渠道和客戶,有光伏行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮;
3、日語/英語熟練,能夠獨立開拓海外市場;
4、有較好的銷售業(yè)績,善于領導團隊沖刺高業(yè)績;
Job description:
1、Assist to setup the annual sales budget, targets and strategy, be responsible to the realization of marketing target and sales tasks,implement through proper task decomposing.
2、Be responsible to the overseas market exploring of PV module , business negotiations and contracts’ signing.
3、Be responsible to the development of new customers and regular customers’ service and maintenance; be responsible to the setup of sales management system and implement.
4、Be responsible to the negotiation and communicating with VIP customers
5、Be responsible to the market trend analysis and collection of customer requirements & competitors’ activities,and give some constructive suggestion.
6、Building and managing the sales team, setup staff training plan and system to satisfy the further business demand.
7、Allocate advantageous resource, audit and control sale expense.
8、Coordinate internal and external relations,manage External partnerships.
Job Qualification:
1、Bachelor (or higher), Minimum 3 years oversea sales working experience.
2、Be proficient in one of the overseas market and channel,such as: South-east Asia、 South America 、 Australia、Africa、Japan, candidates with pv industry sales experience on foreign markets are prior;
3、Skilled English or Japananese ability, could develop foreign customers independently;
4、Excellent Sales Performance, Strong ability in sales;
