崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施規(guī)劃并組織實(shí)施，包括項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施計(jì)劃、組織協(xié)調(diào)、方案設(shè)計(jì)、用戶培訓(xùn)及與客戶的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)；
2、組織并管理項(xiàng)目實(shí)施團(tuán)隊(duì)，合理、公平分派實(shí)施任務(wù)；
3、及時(shí)決策實(shí)施方案、資源調(diào)配、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排、設(shè)計(jì)變更等問(wèn)題，履行合同義務(wù)，監(jiān)督合同執(zhí)行，處理合同變更；
4、依據(jù)合同內(nèi)容對(duì)外包項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行跟蹤、管理；
5、在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施計(jì)劃的約束下，協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組相關(guān)資源，完成項(xiàng)目實(shí)施相關(guān)工作；
6、和客戶方對(duì)接人員維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系。
1、Be in charge of the implementation and organization of project, including implementation plan, organization and coordination, program design, user training and communication with customers.
2、Organization and management of the project implementation team, distribution implemented task reasonable and equitable.
3、Embodiments decisions, resource allocation, scheduling arrangements, design changes and other issues timely, to fulfill contractual obligations, monitor execution of the contract, and process contract changes.
4、To track and manage outsourcing projects according to the contract.
5、To coordinate the project team resources and complete the related work under the constraints of the project implementation plan.
6、To maintain good customer relations with client.

任職要求：
1、計(jì)算機(jī)或地理信息相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷；
2、熟悉信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目實(shí)施流程，2年以上現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施及項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有GIS研發(fā)/二次開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、具有高度的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)，良好的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、組織能力，可以得到客戶認(rèn)同。
4、具有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作和解決問(wèn)題的能力，以及較強(qiáng)的貫徹及執(zhí)行能力；
5、熟悉Oracle或SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)應(yīng)用；
6、能夠適應(yīng)中長(zhǎng)期出差的工作需要；
7、熟悉農(nóng)業(yè)或智慧城市行業(yè)；
8、具有系統(tǒng)集成相關(guān)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先。
1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in GIS, Computer or related.
2、Familiar with the information systems integration project implementation process, more than one years on-site implementation and project management experience, secondary developemnt of GIS.
3、Being a high degree of customer service awareness, good coordination, communication, organizational skills, and be able to get customer’s acceptance.
4、Has a strong ability to work and solve problem independently, and the ability to implement and enforce task.
5、Familiar with database application of Oracle or SQL Server.
6、Able to adapt to mid-long-term business trip.
7、With a system integration project management engineer is preferred.
