Responsibilities:
--To attend practical training activities to acquire a comprehensive knowledge of JNA\'s management system, to gain a good understanding of JNA\'s corporate culture. The training activities would provide experiences in the areas of the followings:
* Production
* Engineering and Quality Assurance
* Puchasing
* Planning
* HR management
--Work in close coorperation with the management team in managing and performing the day to day operations.
--Find ways to improve the existing management system in all areas.
--Assist the management team and contribute to achieve the company objectives.
--Accomplish projected goals under supervision of the assigned mentors.

Quanlifications and Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree in business management or machinery or related.
--Have working experience in manufacturing business is prefered.
--An initiative and quick learner who is independent, committed, well-organized.
--A natural team player, able to demonstrate good skills in interpersonal comunication.
--A logical and rational thinker who can simplify a complex problem.
--Able to demonstrate good written and presentation skills.
--Proficient in both written and spoken in English.
