Key responsibilities
？ Alignment with stakeholders on each imported PO/shipment
？ Monitor and control each PO/shipment status, timely handle and settle down any issues before shipments reach ports of entry.
？ Monitor and control importing process and handling, including but not limited to customs clearance, CIQ and sanitary Certificate etc and following up ,delivery and landed DC timely
？ Manage and check monthly inventory in external facility for holding imported products
？ Collect monthly vendors handling import process, verify and check monthly cost and expense timely and with accuracy.
？ Review and evaluate imports KPI report to ensure and improve service level up to a high standard for customer.
？ JDE Monthly settlement with HGS timely and accurately.
？ Effectively with superior on handling any emergency case during import process
Key Qualification
？ At least 2 years import experience, proficiency in ocean shipment, customs declaration workflow of import food. Project management experience is prefered.
？ Customs declare certification, and CCIB declare certification is preferred
？ Familiar with cold chain logistics is preferred.
？ Bachelor degree major in logistics or supply chain management
？ MS office applications and Chinese Window
？ Independent, pleasant, innovation and team-spirited
？ Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
？ Good interpersonal & communication skills
？ Proactive, responsibility and quick learner
？ Collaboration and interpersonal skill
？ Good time management
