Key Responsibilities：
？1.Provide maintenance of facilities of plant/office; air-condition system, cold storage refrigeration equipment; center operating equipment.（維護(hù)庫房、辦公室設(shè)備，尤其是庫房制冷設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)作）
？2.Support M&R manager to establish and update facility and equipment maintenance program and implement.（協(xié)助維修部經(jīng)理建立/更新設(shè)備維護(hù)程序并執(zhí)行相關(guān)程序）
？3.Manage all special equipment under laws and regulations.（保證特種設(shè)備的使用符合國家規(guī)定）
？4.Responsible for the maintenance and renovation of the building and facilities, contacting with the repair business and contractors, making sure the operating condition meets the requirements of food safety standard;（負(fù)責(zé)公司庫房設(shè)施的日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，選擇合適的第三方維修工程供應(yīng)商，保證營運(yùn)環(huán)境符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）
？5.Participates in HAVI’s quality programs.（參與夏暉質(zhì)量管理程序）
？6.Assists to the M&R costs controlling.（協(xié)助維修部進(jìn)行成本控制）
？7.Handle minor operational problems and report them to immediate supervisor（負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備輕微故障的維護(hù)，以及及時(shí)報(bào)告）
？8.Seek continuous work improvements by developing new operational practice（工作流程的改善）
？9.Take part in regular HACCP / AIB / DC audits（參與HACCP / AIB / DC 審計(jì)項(xiàng)目）
？10.Ensure safety at work by enforcing proper work procedures（嚴(yán)格遵守設(shè)備維護(hù)/維修的流程，保證工作安全）
？11.Monitor the performance of workers, contractors and vendors（監(jiān)管維修技術(shù)人員、第三方供應(yīng)商）
？12.Handle and report technician’s injury at work, and prepare relevant documents（若在維修過程中發(fā)生工傷，需要負(fù)責(zé)提供相關(guān)文件配合工傷申請）
？13.Any other tasks as assigned from time to time（其他臨時(shí)交派的任務(wù)）
？14.Supervise, delegate, and monitor technicians’ performance to achieve pre-set performance and operational targets（管理指導(dǎo)維修技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，使其工作表現(xiàn)達(dá)到公司預(yù)期）
Skills, Experience & Qualifications：
1. Junior college degree or above major in Engineer or Machinery System
2. 6 years equipment management or maintenance experience, of which 4 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a distribution center, freezer or cold storage environment preferred. Experience in operating forklifts, slip-sheet riders, or reach trucks highly desirable.
3. Be familiar with technical skills.
4. Good interpersonal, communication, coordinating, organizing, customer oriented and supervisory skills
？5. Independent, committed, pleasant and team-spirited
？6. MS office applications.
？7. Good command of reading and written English and Chinese is a prefer
