職責描述：
1.參與產品研發(fā)設計階段(前工序)的設計評審，并做DFx(可制造性、可測試性、可維護性…)和PFMEA；
2.基于產品研發(fā)設計，開發(fā)適合產品量產的制造工藝，如新工藝開發(fā)，工藝改進，DOE及工藝參數(shù)定義等；
3.在新產品投產或新工藝導入前，配合ME/生產部，負責提供技術支持，包括：產品價值流分析、問題解決、原因分析、現(xiàn)場優(yōu)率改善等；
4.新工藝、新技術的先期開發(fā)及引進，以提高產品的質量、優(yōu)率及效率；
5.和質量、生產等相關部門一起開展工程試驗，分析數(shù)據(jù)，找到最佳工藝或問題的根本原因（如組織相關部門一起優(yōu)化工藝或產品設計，進行降本分析）；
6.客戶支持，對返廠產品做失效分析，并找到根本原因；
7.和質量部門一起，建立產品合格/失效標準；
8.協(xié)調工程、質量和生產，解決產品質量問題；
9.培訓及培養(yǎng)新員工，確保團隊快速開展工作；
10.完成上級領導臨時布置的其他相關任務。
Main Responsibilities
1. Involved in the R&D (front-end)on the design review, DFx(design for manufacturing/****ing…) and PFMEA analysis;
2. Based on the R&D design, provide and develop the suitable process before mass production, for example develop new process, process upgrading, DOE and process parameter definition;
3. Technical support to ME/Production during the new products launch and new process introduction, including the value stream analysis, trouble shooting, cause analysis, yield rate improvement…
4. Introduce the new process/technology for the production to improve the quality, yield and efficiency;
5. Perform the engineering **** and data analysis to find the best process or root cause together with quality and operations team(e.g. manage, organize and review design/process optimization on the Cost Down)
6. Customer support on the teardown failure analysis of the returned cells;
7. Set and publish the pass/fail criteria with QA;
8. Act as a liaison between engineering, quality, cell operations and module operations for product quality issues (including NCRs)
9. Coach and train the new employee in order to get involved in the job as soon as possible;
10. Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager；
崗位任職條件
1.化學工程，材料工程，暖通工程，管道工程，機械類，自動化控制類等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷；
2.5年以上制造或產品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
3.2年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗；
4.2年以上鋰離子電池的前工序工藝經(jīng)驗,包括制漿，攪拌，涂布，碾壓，沖切等；
5.熟悉精益理念；
6.了解生產現(xiàn)場的環(huán)境控制，如粉塵管控，溫濕度控制等；
7.具備失效問題分析的能力（石川圖，6 Sigma或其他）；
8.良好的英語口語和書面表達能力；
9.善于跨部門溝通和壓力下的工作能力；
Requirements
1. College above in chemical engineering, material engineering, heating engineering, piping engineering, mechanical or automation control and other related majors.
2. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or product development environment.
3. 2+ years of team leader;
4. 2+ years’ experience on the front-end process of the li- battery, including the milling, mixing, coating, calendaring and stamping;
5. Knowledge of Lean concept;
6. Understanding the concept of the environment control in the production field, such as particle, temperature and humidity;
7. Experience with formal root cause analysis tools preferred (Ishikawa, Six Sigma, or other)
8. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
9. Skill in the cross-team Communication and ability under pressure;
