崗位主要職責(zé)：
1、 在部門(mén)經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，開(kāi)展電池管理系統(tǒng)的功能安全分析及設(shè)計(jì)工作；
2、 負(fù)責(zé)電動(dòng)汽車(chē)電池管理系統(tǒng)的功能安全分析與設(shè)計(jì)，確保產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)流程符合ISO 26262的要求;
3、 負(fù)責(zé)制定BMS產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)安全概念和技術(shù)安全要求;
4、 參與軟件和硬件的設(shè)計(jì)工作，確保產(chǎn)品的功能安全在軟件和硬件層面的得到實(shí)施和驗(yàn)證；
5、 監(jiān)督和協(xié)調(diào)軟硬件集成測(cè)試和系統(tǒng)集成測(cè)試。
Job responsibilities:

崗位任職條件：
1、教育背景:
◆電子信息工程、自動(dòng)化、電力電子、計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)電子專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
2、培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷:
◆受過(guò)汽車(chē)電子設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)等方面的培訓(xùn)
◆受過(guò)ISO26262功能安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)培訓(xùn)
3、 經(jīng) 驗(yàn):
◆具有2年以上的汽車(chē)電子產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
◆具有至少1年以上的電子產(chǎn)品功能安全分析和設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4、技能技巧:
◆熟悉汽車(chē)電子產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)流程
◆熟悉ISO26262 或 Automotive SPICE，對(duì)功能安全有基礎(chǔ)認(rèn)識(shí)
◆熟悉配置管理和變更管理常規(guī)工具
5、能力要求:
◆較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)
◆較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力

1, education background:
electronic information engineering, automation, power electronics, computer and related bachelor degree or above, major in electronics.
2, training experience:
development of automotive electronics design
ISO26262 standard training
3, work experience
experience in automotive electronics product development more than 2years
experience in the functional safety development of the electronics more than 2 years
4, skills:
Mixer is familiar with automotive electronics product development process
Familiar with ISO26262 or Automotive SPICE
Familiar with configuration management and change management to conventional tools
5, capacity requirements:
Strong team cooperation consciousness
Strong collaboration and communication skills
