Job Description崗位描述1.在所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)拓展產(chǎn)品銷售渠道與終端，積極完成銷售任務(wù)。Extend marketing channels in responsible region and achieve sales quota.2.按照企業(yè)計劃和程序開展產(chǎn)品推廣活動。Carry out marketing activities for products according to the company's schedule and procedure.3.建立客戶資料及檔案、向市場部提供銷售數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計和分析、完成相關(guān)銷售報表。Establish customer data records. Offer sales figures to Marketing Department for calculation and analysis. Work out relevant sales reports.4.參加公司召開的銷售會議或組織的培訓(xùn)。Attend sales meeting or training courses arranged by the company.5.與客戶建立良好關(guān)系、維護公司良好形象。Establish excellent relation with customers and maintain a positive corporate image of the company.6.及時完成上級交付的其他任務(wù)。Fulfill other tasks assigned by superiors in time.Qualifications任職資格1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，市場營銷或口腔醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)。Junior college major in marketing or dentistry.2.3年以上醫(yī)療器械銷售工作經(jīng)驗。More than three year sales work experiences in medical device industry.3.良好的溝通技巧和說服能力。Good communication and persuasion.4.自信、樂觀、具有高度的工作熱情。Self-confident, optimistic and passionate towards work5.有較強應(yīng)變能力、具備良好的團隊合作精神。Be resourceful and have a good sense of teamwork.6.具有獨立的分析問題、解決問題的能力。Be able to analyze and solve problems independently.
