Major Job Responsibility: Have the overall responsibility of sales and margin performance of responsible sales geography or market segment.Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve the sales and financial targets and maintain high team morale.Work closely with Global and Regional GRS teams to secure nominated and specified business.Provide timely and accurate reports on customer update, market situation and competition news.Manage receivables and payment terms in an effective way.Execute pricing strategy and participate actively in pricing and contract negotiations with key customers.Organize customer seminars and workshops to exploit new markets or new business opportunities.Establish good and effective communication with other functions within the organization to ensure best utilization of company resources. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or aboveAt least 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing of industrial products, preferably in the textile industry with at least 3 years in a manager position. Have solid track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team.Strong at building team and driving sales growth.Good communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Have strong “Can Do” working attitude.Understanding of financials is an asset.Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)Able to build credibility and trust by demonstration high ethical standards. Willing to travel to and overseasImmediate availability is highly preferred
