Job description: 1. Help HR from different enterprises, providing effective Risk Control Employment background check service through all-round investigation methods. Contact with the candidates’ former employer(Human Resource Dept.) to verify their basic personal info. Communicate with the candidates’ former supervisor, co-workers, subordinates to view their performance. 2. Write candidates’ report according to the feedbacks of candidates’ former employers. 3. Update online candidate and reference information system. 4. Good communication and language skills. Strong attention to details with carefulness. An organized person and team player.
