一、 工作職責(zé) Responsibilities
1. Develop process sequences in C Language (LabWindows/CVI is much preferred) for automation machine.
用C語言 （LabWindows/CVI更好）平臺編寫程序用于自動化設(shè)備。
2.Leading equipment engineers to complete MAE including define cause and effect requirement among, design, process and MAEs.
帶領(lǐng)設(shè)備工程師一起完成機(jī)器設(shè)備，包括定義、設(shè)計(jì)、工藝和機(jī)器設(shè)備之間的因果關(guān)系要求
3.Able to understand and document theory for all the config, **** and flexible parameter for the mechanical, software and electrical linkage and correction.
能夠理解原理性文檔與機(jī)械、軟件、電氣聯(lián)動和校正的所有配置、測試和靈活參數(shù)
4.Capable to setup standard / Library for existing technology and new project development. Make use to new MAEs by standardization/ Modularization.
能夠?yàn)楝F(xiàn)有技術(shù)和新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)庫。使標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化/模塊化應(yīng)用到新的機(jī)器額設(shè)備上去。
5. MES maintenance.
生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)。
6.Stablish machine alignment, parameter adjustment and correlation guidelines, improve machine performance through optimizing the machine parameters。
通過機(jī)器參數(shù)校正，優(yōu)化相互之間的關(guān)系、參數(shù)調(diào)整和相關(guān)指標(biāo)，提高機(jī)器性能。
二、 任職要求 Requirements
1. Proficient in one of C, C++, VB, familiar with one compiler of LabWindows/CVI, Visual Studio.
精通C,C++,VB的其中一種，熟悉 LabWindows/CVI, Visual Studio中一種翻譯器
2. Result oriented.
以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向
3. Good experience in software and electrical equipment design and application.
良好的軟件和電氣設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4. Familiar to Industrial and international standard.
熟悉工業(yè)和國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
5. Willing to take on additional responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken.
愿意承擔(dān)額外的責(zé)任，敢于承擔(dān)所作的決定。
6. Good in English reading, writing and communication.
良好的英語讀、寫、溝通能力
