崗位職責(zé)：
1.Responsible for developing proposal price of biddin project, including estimate execution plan, basis of estimate, coordination on the cost estimate inputs from other departments, and cost estimate based on ITB requirement. Participate in cost estimate review at various management levels.
編制工程項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)，包括起草投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)計(jì)劃，編制費(fèi)用估算依據(jù)文件，協(xié)調(diào)各部門完成費(fèi)用估算采用的輸入條件，按照標(biāo)書(shū)要求編制投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)，參與公司內(nèi)部的費(fèi)用估算各級(jí)審核工作。
2.Participate in pricing clarification and negotiation.
參與與業(yè)主的價(jià)格澄清及談判。
3.Assist with Estimation Sr. Supervisor/ Estimation Supervisor to complete all revlevant work as required.
協(xié)助預(yù)算報(bào)價(jià)主管管理相關(guān)工作。
4.Organize and prioritize a variety of multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
通過(guò)高效的手段完成多項(xiàng)工作，并滿足重要的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)要求。
5.Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
保持與一切適用政策、程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的合規(guī)性。
6.Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.
遵循并擁護(hù)公司的健康、安全與環(huán)境保護(hù)政策。
7.Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned.
遵守出勤要求。完成其他被安排的任務(wù)。
崗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree as minimum.
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.Economics, Engineering project management, Petrochemical Technology, Offshore engineering or related engineering majors.
經(jīng)濟(jì)、工程項(xiàng)目管理、石油化工、海洋工程及相關(guān)工科類專業(yè)。
3.Familiar with project management, proficient in using MS office, Basic knowledge of engineering deliverables.
熟悉項(xiàng)目管理，熟練使用MS office, 了解設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí)。
4.3 + years experience on developing onshore
module, offshore wind farm and offshore platform fabrication cost estimate.
3年及以上陸地模塊、海上風(fēng)電及海上平臺(tái)建造投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)經(jīng)驗(yàn).
5.Good English and computer application ability.
