Regularly Organize supplier supervision and audit regularly (such as annual audit, process audit) to ensure that
suppliers strictly follow the standard quality control process.

● 在新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)階段，將客戶需求轉(zhuǎn)化為供應(yīng)商內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管控及來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，避免量產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

and incoming material inspection to avoid mass production risks
● 監(jiān)督、指導(dǎo)IQC團(tuán)隊(duì)執(zhí)行來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)，通過(guò)ERP系統(tǒng)記錄檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果，根據(jù)QC及產(chǎn)線反饋的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量異常，要求供應(yīng)商提交
整改措施（如8D報(bào)告），并跟蹤驗(yàn)證改進(jìn)效果。

Coordinate with other departments to develop corrective and preventive measures and ensure the implementation
● 定期培訓(xùn)IQC團(tuán)隊(duì)，提升QC檢驗(yàn)水平，建立并定期考核IQC團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效指標(biāo)，確保按時(shí)按質(zhì)完成檢驗(yàn)任務(wù)。
Regularly train the IQC team, improve the QC inspection level, establish and regularly evaluate the performance

● 協(xié)助部門(mén)經(jīng)理對(duì)部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)工作計(jì)劃制定、任務(wù)分配、工作過(guò)程監(jiān)控、疑難問(wèn)題的指導(dǎo)解決；
Assist department manager dealing with departmental working plan, job assignments, working process monitoring and
guidance to any problem solving.

2.任職資格 Qualifications
● 學(xué)歷要求：大專以上。Educational requirements: College degree or above
● 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：有五年以上的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有二年以上的質(zhì)量主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Work experience: More than 5 years’ work experience in supplier quality management and above 2 years’ quality
supervisor experience
Qualification: with quality control experience
● 綜合素質(zhì)：熟悉材料及產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉檢驗(yàn)流程，溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng)，有責(zé)任心，具備良好敬業(yè)精神及職業(yè)道德。
